Vitamins and Minerals (Part-1)

Vitamins and minerals are very important nutrients because they help and play effective roles in the body. First consult your doctor, nutrient and tell them your medical history, your diet and daily activities then they will refer you which vitamin suits for you, in some cases your consultant ask you for medical test if it is important go for it. It helps them to refer supplements required otherwise overdose harmful for organs. Although taking a healthy diet is sufficient for body to achieve vetimin and minerals but it is too difficult to take natural nutrition from diet.


On daily basis body produces and repair skin, muscle and bones. Vitamins help-out red blood and white blood cells to prevent from damages and sustain energy level.
