Caloric Deficit 

Some people Eat less as compared to required calories, example if required calories are 2500, so what people do they consume half of required calories (1200), they thought they eat less so they can loss weight easily it give short term results but long term failure, but that's wrong perception they created, because if anyone increase caloric deficit it have side effects. like low energy level, muscle strength, Feel tiredness, weariness, exhaustion.

Benefit of less caloric deficit
, If you have less caloric deficit you'll get weight loss and muscle gain at the same time. example if required calories are (2500) so take at least (2000 calories) it will help to loss weight and gain muscle at the same time, and second benefit is you can keep maintain your energy level, as compared to those who consume (1200 calories), so always keep in mind about caloric deficit when you make your diet plan. also give calories calculator which is helpful to count calories if any one have question comment bellow blog thanks.   1. What people get mistaken at is they think eating less will keep them losing the weight which is not true whatever ur goals are u still gota put in those calories and get yourselves under that bench press ��������

    1. that's not possible naturally compromise on diet and you can maintain weight in other way you can use protein shakes and weight gainer
