The people who are doing workout for a long time and they can't get desired results they didn't compromise about their diet and diet is very important part in our life if our diet plan is not enough we can't get in our fitness journey. Diet is according to the requirement of every individual there are certain calories which is needed and required to maintain body weight and daily routine as well, until and unless you don't know how much your calories requirement you can't make a good diet plan. and when you know about calories requirement then you need to know from where you can get and consume calories and divide the calories into a healthy micro split and each of them is very important in your each and everyday meal.

if anyone want to gain they should increase carbs, fats and if anyone want to loss weight so they should decrease carbs and fats in every meal but protein level should me good enough.
