Fitness Tip- How to lose weight in Ramadan

In this blog we will talk about how we loss weight to burn fat and gain and maintain muscle in Holy month Ramadan, So I try to share how you done this thought your diet and exercise or workout, loss weight in a healthy way to get natural diet.

Let me clear first for our Non-Muslim friends those belong to different religions understanding for them what is Ramadan. Ramadan is the blessing of month for Muslims, It came once in a year for 29 or 30 days, in which from sun rise to sunset we eat nothing also known as fasting but should eat good enough before sun rise and eat good after sunset, and spend whole day in the remembrance of GOD (ALLHA). Fasting help our internal body enhance by spiritually, and proper diet proper nutrition and proper workout it will maintain you externally, even at the end of Ramadan if anyone monitor you'll gain muscle growth 3-5%, and you'll loss body fat. On a average fasting duration is 14-16 hours all over the world but like in Europe (19-21 hour), Middle East and North Africa (15-17 hour), Asia and Australia (14-16 hour), North and South America (16-19 hours). 

So we divide our meals into 4 portions and remember you should avoid oily, fried and baked item if you want to loss. and remember when you'll go for workout you have to take at least 2 meals. 
Meal 1 before sun rise (Sheri)
2 White egg, 2 slice of brown bread/ 1 Rotti (Wheat bread), 1 cup of yogurt, 175 gram veggies, 1 glass of fresh juice (Apple, Lemon and Watermelon Juice, Pomegranate and Lychee Juice or you can take 1 glass Apple, banana or strawberry milkshake. after that perform SALAH (NAMAZ) read QURAN and go to bed and wake up for your office or school time.

Meal 2 After sunset (Aftari)
3 Dates, 200 grams grilled chicken, 125 gram veggies, 100 grams rice and fresh juice after that perform SALAH and take some rest to your body.

Meal 3 After 5th Salah (Isha) or before Workout
2 Bananas, 10 Almonds, 1 White egg. and your workout should be minimum 30 minutes cardio, and 15 - 20 minutes Muscle exercise.

Meal 4 After Workout and before bed 
1 glass of Apple fresh juice 

I do not suggest take artificial things like protein shakes, supplements etc because their requirement is consume water if we take more water we disturb our meals, so it's better we should not take artificial diet and just focus on natural diet.
