Micro-nutrients major role in body 

Micro-nutrients are also known as vitamins and minerals because our body need them in daily meals. They help our body in healing diseases and injuries, some examples from vitamin deficiencies. 

Scurvy: In past when they people go for journey in jungle, mountains, deserts, ships they have learned living without fresh fruits or vegetables the main source of vitamin c and fiber causes the bleeding gums and lacking energy of scurvy.
Blindness: Many people still facing blindness in different age cause of vitamin A deficiency.
Rickets: It's a skeletal disorder which may cause lack of vitamin D, phosphate and calcium. which make soft and weak bones.

 Lack of micro-nutrients may cause harmful for body, skin, muscles, bones etc, intake of micro-nutrients by natural diet and supplements can provide significant benefits. some examples are 

  1. The combination of vitamin D, K, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium these make strong bones and protect bones from fractures.
  2.   Folic acid helps in digestion, brain and nerves system, DNA creation and repair, proper cell and function, healthy hair skin and nails.
  3.  Vitamin B complex helps in cells health, growth of red blood cells, good eyesight, healthy brain function, proper nerve function, hormones and cholesterol production, cardiovascular health.
